Keep it respectful.

Every buyer and seller on Znggo is a real person.

Treat others with kindness, honesty, and respect. Communicate politely and negotiate fairly.

Not allowed:

• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Spam messages
• Impersonating another person or business

Keep it honest.

Trust is the foundation of Znggo.

List items accurately, use real photos when possible, and clearly describe the condition of your item.

Not allowed:

• Misleading descriptions or photos
• False claims about an item's condition
• Misrepresenting replica or counterfeit items as authentic
• Fake reviews or ratings

Keep it safe.

For your protection, all payments should be completed through Znggo.

Avoid sharing unnecessary personal or financial information with other users.

Not allowed:

• Asking users to pay outside of Znggo
• Attempting to bypass platform fees
• Conducting transactions outside the platform
• Fraudulent refund or dispute claims

Keep it legal.

All items listed on Znggo must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

You must own the item you are selling and have the right to sell it.

Not allowed:

• Stolen property
• Illegal or restricted items
• Unsafe products
• Any item prohibited under our Prohibited Items Policy.
